Hi! We are Vegan Warrior Project, and we help restaurants to maximize their kitchen capacity and bring in additional revenue by connecting to our network of plant-based delivery concepts. Vegans and meat eaters alike are craving delicious and healthy food, and with our help - your restaurant can deliver!

We are also a socially responsible and environmentally aware team of professionals that believes in a more sustainable future for the planet if we start saying no to animal products.

(OUR FOUNDING STORY)

MISSION MINDED ORIGINS

Vegan Warrior Project started with one father figuring out delicious and balanced meals for his children who had made a very grown-up and responsible decision to switch to an entirely plant-based diet. As VW’s co-founder Ross Glick looked for ways to create exciting food for his kids, he discovered the ultimate truth: people no longer need to depend on animal products to live long, happy, and healthy lives. As a matter of fact, switching to a plant-based diet would help humanity and the planet do much better.

The other Vegan Warrior Project co-founder is Shawn Zimberg, Radiation Oncologist and Medical Director of Advanced Radiation Centers of New York. A vegan himself, he is convinced that plant-based diets are a key complement to the technologies he’s pioneered in the treatment of cancer in thousands of patients.

The pandemic highlighted a number of problems in the restaurant industry and revealed some incredible opportunities. There is a shockingly limited number of options of tasty vegan food categories available for delivery that are similar to the vast consumer base of flexitarians and vegetarians who more often want food that is tasty, healthy and plant-based.

ABOUT OUR MISSION

Animal meat production uses nearly half of the world’s land, is responsible for at least 15% of global greenhouse gas emissions and consumes 25% of the world’s freshwater. We make delicious plant-based food, so people can eat what they love without harming the planet.

Our mission is to help restaurants thrive in the digital revolution that is happening in the industry right now, while providing customers with healthy and delicious food options. We are aware of the impact animal products consumption has on the environment.

WHAT WE DO NOW

After identifying a great market opportunity, Vegan Warrior Project set off on a breathtaking journey. The road from an idea to raving reviews took only 8 months! In this time, VW Project has built a stellar team (experienced chefs, vegan and non-vegan restaurant owners and operators) and discovered its magic recipe: great food + technology + data + marketing.

Vegan Warrior Project uses a virtual-licensing model with Fulfillment Kitchen Partners. We’re on a mission to revolutionize the restaurant business by meeting consumers where they are – online. Our goal is to ensure every kitchen with extra capacity can thrive by fulfilling online orders of plant-based menu items.

The team behind Vegan Warrior Project is made up of medical doctors, chefs, restaurant owners, marketing and social media experts, industry veterans and interns, micro and macro thinkers, steadfast vegans and meat-loving omnivores.

Despite many differences, we are all motivated by one vision - switching to plant-based products is a trend that will continue to grow, and restaurants can make a lot of money by maximizing their kitchen capacity with our delivery concepts.
